Combined total of 10 years

2. I want to know everything about my computer, will you teach me?
There is a lot to learn about a computer. This best way to learn about computers is finding a school in your area that has an A+ certification, and taking a few class's. I have affordable rates fro teaching but to teach you everything, would be way too costly. Please consider the time involved. We are small company with limited resources to do instructing on that level would detract from our clients needing immediate assistance with computer problems.

3. If I have a problem at 3AM, will you come and help me?
We strive to give the best possible support to our clients, in order to do this, we work by appointment basis only.

 4. I only use my computer for e-mail and small documents. Why do I need your help?
Email is the way that most viruses spread through the Internet. Surfing the Internet is not as safe as it seems. Directcch.com can help stop pop up ads and remove intrusive spyware.

5. What is an MCP? What's a MCSE?
The explanation is far too long to explain here. Basically, MCP professionals are required to pass current Microsoft certification exams that provide a valid and reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise. Many people do not have this training but are just as good or even better because of real world experience. Match both certification and real world experience and you have a winning combination! 6. I need help but I think I can get it resolved via e-mail or phone. Will you still help me?
You must be an existing client to get this level of support. If you are an existing client with a custom quarterly or semiannual contract, we we will support you at no additional charge.

7. What about web designs? Do you do Flash? ASP? What about Perl scripting(CGI)?
We contract with another firm (Force One Media) to help fulfill your web design needs. They are a full service company. They have CGI scripting, Flash, audio and video embedding, and ASP experience. They will design your site, locate a hosting company for you, and even register your domain name. If you are in need of logos, letter head or any other graphic help, they are the team to contact.

9. I want to buy a computer, who do I go to? Will you sell me one?
We do not sell full systems. We can arrange for purchase of individual devices, etc. hard drive, monitors, RAM, video cards, mice, keyboards, even software.

10. If I want to setup a network, can your company do it?
Yes we can. We will install a small network. At that point, we will maintain it for you feel you need it. We can upgrade your existing network or assist you in troubleshooting it if our are currently having problems.

11. Why should I call you and not the "other guy"?
We will state it again: CCH is dedicated to providing first class service the old fashion way, by satisfying you, the customer. Consultations by appointment only(See Fee Schedule). If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do everything in our power to correcting the issue.

13. Why do you promote hardware and software standards, and why does it improve service?
CCH has found that most of the problems that people experience with their computers are related to a few factors.

• Aging Computers - Many computers in our comunity are 5 - 10 years old. Older computers very often do not have the ability to run current operating systems and applications properly. Further, the user's computing needs are beyond the technological ability of the aging computers.

• Operating System Incompatibilities - When a computer's operating system is upgraded repeatedly without cleaning up pieces of old operating systems the computer can experience problems caused by incompatibilities between old and new parts of the operating system.

• Aging Applications - Out of date applications often have problems coexisting with new software, operating systems, or computer hardware.

• Mystery Files - Most users aren't sure what can and can not be safely deleted, so the files remain or get moved to a storage folder. These files can eventually cause incompatibility problems with newer software.
